50/50 is a unique audiobook by Dean Karnazes. In this book, Karnazes details the ultimate of running challenges: the Endurance 50 Challenge. This challenge consisted of running 50 marathons, in 50 states - in 50 days! He also explains how he trained for this daunting task and includes highlights from his adventure. More important, at least for most people interested in following in his footsteps, is that Karnazes also explains the lessons he learned along the way and how you can incorporate these very same lessons into your own life and how you can use them to increase your own endurance and over all performance, learn to meet challenges head on, and to develop your own fitness goals and challenges.

Part a memoir and part fitness guide, 50/50 will enthrall anyone with an interest in running as well as those who are simply looking for some sage advice on how to improve their own fitness. It is also a must listen-to for all of Karnazes fans and runners of every ilk. This book also includes a wealth of fitness advice, training regiments, and a bonus PDF file that is chock-full of running tips. If you happen to be a marathoner yourself, you will find Karnazes advice on staying hydrated, growing your endurance, what to eat before and after a race and tips on enhancing your recovery after a run to be invaluable, and most important - how to stay motivated and how to keep running even when you are stiff, sore, and just tired of it all.
