When beset by bullies, even a friendly dragon named Fireball is not always enough protection. Despite these daily traumas, Edward has a place of refuge, the home of Moongobble. Seen by the town folks of Pigbone as a strange and crazy old man, Moongobble is Edward's best friend. Moongobble is a magician, or at least he will be once he is admitted to the Society of Magicians.
To get into the Society of Magicians, Moongobble must complete a series of mighty tasks. Ever since Moongobble moved to Pigbone, Edward has been helping the Magician in Training hone his skills and complete his tasks. In The Weeping Werewolf, the second installment in the Moongobble and Me series, Edward joins Moongobble on a quest to acquire a bottle of Weeping Werewolf's tears. They are aided by a bevy of unique characters including Urk, a talking toad, the dragon Fireball, and the Rusty Knight. Along the way, Edward uncovers a secret from his own past - one that will change his life, and that of his family, for forever!
