    ILA Monthly Specials

    ILA Clearance Corner

  • Product Description:

Poker size playing cards with bold numbers measuring 5/8 of an inch in height and wider than numbers on standard and low vision cards. The red numbers and suits are outlined in black to increase the contrast with the white background. Plastic coated cards. 2 Decks (1 Red + 1 Blue).

    1 Deck $4.25

    Product Description:

For the Visually Impaired. Large (1 1/2") to read numbers with codes so those with vision impairments can tell what the cards are. A horizontal single line is the spade, a vertical single line is the club, two horizontal lines is the diamonds, & two vertical lines are the heart.

    Product Description:

Designed by the ophthalmologist, Dr. Gerald Marinoff, to enable individuals with vision problems to more easily see the numbers on playing cards. They come with 1.25 inch high numbers. The outstanding feature is the black outline that surrounds the large numbers to make them 'stand out'.

    Product Description:

Cards have 1.5 inch numbers and letters and to assist in identifying the suits, each has a different color - spades are black, hearts are red, diamonds are green and clubs are blue. Cards measure 2.5 x 3.5 inches.

    Product Description:

Low Vision Playing Cards. These cards feature 1" numerals, and black & red colors on white. Bridge size.

    Product Description:

These bridge-size plastic coated cards were designed and patented by a doctor for people who enjoy playing cards but have impaired vision. The 1 inch high bold numbers and designs are in black or red on a white background and are in the upper left corner, which makes them readily visible when the deck is 'fanned' in your hand.

    Product Description:

This universal deck of cards can be played by low vision as well as sighted players. The corners have a standard size number, but when you fan the cards, a large, 1 1/4 inch very bold number appears. These linen finish, non-slip cards are used world wide.

    Product Description:

Jumbo index playing cards without Braille. They come with .50 inch high numbers.

    Product Description:

E-Z Play playing cards are the first functional improvement in playing cards for the general playing card public, in over 125 years. They are the fastest, most visible, short and long distance playing cards ever made for use in both handheld and playing table environments. These cards have extra large 1¼ inch numbers and letters and are also Brailled. Excellent for players with poor vision or the blind. These cards let individuals with different levels of sight play together with the same deck. Great for all card games. Linen finish for strong, water-resistant cards that are easy to grip. Standard 52-card deck with two wild cards.

    Product Description:

Large jumbo pinochle cards. Numbers measure 1/2" high. Standard size cards.

    Product Description:

Plastic cards feature 1 1/4" numerals and red and black colors on white.

    Product Description:

These UNO cards feature bright bold colors, which make the cards in this old favorite easily visible. While this is not a Braille game, the large numbers and bright colors make for easy visibility, so even the visually impaired can enjoy the game. Does not come with the tray or scorecards, only the UNO cards.

    Product Description:

Solid, yet light - easy to hold, but built to last. This card holder has a special self adjusting action inner liner that lets you space cards farther apart and hold them even when you turn your hand down and place it on the table. Easy to hold, sturdy ABS plastic. Weighs 5 ounces. Especially good for people with arthritis. Package of 2.

    Product Description:

The 1/2" wide slots in these holders narrow down to 1/8", creating easy entry and a great hold on your cards! Easy to clean, light and stable. Includes a deck of Low vision playing cards!

    Product Description:

Cards of any size fit into the 10 inch slotted holder that keeps them at an easy viewing angle. The bottom of the cards can be seen through the plastic and an extended edge holds pencils, coins or chips.

    Product Description:

Eliminates the need to shuffle cards by hand, a job sometimes made impossible because of injury or arthritis. At the press of a lever, the unit thoroughly shuffles the cards. It measures 8 x 4.25 x 3.5 inches and uses 2 C batteries (batteries and cards not included). Can shuffle up to two decks at a time.

    Product Description:

Includes Card Shuffler, Super Jumbo Number Playing Cards, and 2 Disc Card Holders. A great package!

    Product Description:

Phase 10 is a family-friendly game that combines rummy with some innovative twists. There are ten combinations of cards ("phases") that each player must complete in a specific order. Phases are made of sets (cards with the same number), runs, cards of all one color, or a combination of sets and runs. For example, Phase 1 requires players to get 2 sets of 3. When you get this (for instance, if you have 3 6s and 3 8s), you move on and try for the next combination of cards called for in Phase 2, which is 1 set of 3 + 1 run of 4. You must complete each phase in order before moving on to the next. Skip cards (which allow you to pick a player who loses a turn) and wild cards help level the playing field for younger family members. The first player to complete all 10 Phases is the winner. Includes: 2 Reference cards (listing the 10 Phases) and one deck of 108 cards; 24 each of red, blue, yellow, and green cards numbered "1" through "12," four blue "Skip" cards, and eight "Wild" cards, two of each color. Braille markings indicate both the number and color of each card, making this an accessible game for the Blind and Low Vision. Large Print Instructions also included. Number Of Players: 2 to 6. Recommended Ages: 8 and up. Product dimensions (imperial): 3.5 inch L x 2.25 inch W.
