Using the latest in scientific research and based upon his own experiences as a medical doctor, Liponis sets forth a seven-step program that will help to boost your immune system, live a healthier lifestyle, and reverse or at least slow the aging process. Liponis, who is the medical director of the Canyon Ranch Health Resorts, explains the role that the immune system plays in the aging process, and the common mistakes people make that impedes the immune system's ability to work properly, such as not getting enough sleep or over-eating. He also explains in clear, and easy to understand language, how you can improve the health of your immune system and how doing so will improve not only your health, but your looks as well.

I cannot vouch for whether or not Liponis' plan will actually reverse the aging process, but from my brief experience following the plan, it has seemed to increase my energy levels and I've actually lost a little weight - which in my mind is not a bad start at all! In addition, the recipes contained in this book are not only tasty and healthy, but also easy to prepare. In short, take a listen to this audiobook. Liponis offers some sound and practical advice on healthy living, and even if you don't subscribe to his theories about reversing the aging process, you are bound to come away from this book with a new respect for the power of your own body to heal itself - and the necessity of living a healthy lifestyle.
